National Park "Skole Beskydy"

/ National Park "Skole Beskydy" - Located in the Lviv region in areas: turczańskim, old-samborskim, Drohobycz and skolskim - in Polish literature is called National Park "Eastern Beskydy". Arose 11 February 1999 year, and its total area is 35 261 ha, of which 24 639,3 ha is the zone of strict protection of nature and entirely subject to the Park Board. National Park "Skole Beskydy" was derived from existing 1983 year: Skolskiego Reserve Forest and Landscape Parks "Зелемень" / "Zelemeń" and "Майдан" / „Majdan”, which was created to protect the beech and fir-beech forests. The Park is available for exploring the state historical-cultural reserve "Тустань / Tustan”. In 2010 year at the park brought in part of Polish and Spanish European Bison herd in order to settle animals in the park. Jaworowski Park Narodowy

Szacki National Park

Uzhansky National Park
